Notification on changes in the percentage of voting rights

Tankerska Next Generation d.d. (hereinafter: Issuer) received a notification from Tankerska plovidba d.d. on changes in the percentage of voting rights in the Issuer pursuant to the provisions of the Articles 472 and 482 of the Capital Market Act on September 26th, 2022. 

The notification refers to changes in voting rights which exceed the threshold of 75% of voting rights and the total number of voting rights or shares held after exceeding the threshold of 75% in the name of the representative of the owner of the shares, for the account of the owner of the shares, in the absolute amount of 6,932,297 shares, and in the relative amount which consists of 79.64% of the share capital of the Issuer.

The Issuer publishes the information from the received notification by enclosing it in its entirety to this notification.
